As a Technical Support Engineer at Six Eleven Global Services & Solutions, you will be essential in providing exceptional technical support. Your role involves diagnosing and resolving complex issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Rx.JS, and Node.js
- Familiarity with AWS
- Strong dedication to quality and customer service
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities
- Front-end WordPress experience is a plus
- Experience with Zendesk, HubSpot/Salesforce, and Slack
- Data reporting and analytics expertise

Pay: Php30,00.00 per month
