Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TASQ Staffing Sol. in Pasay City.
Location: MOA/Pasay
Work Set-up: Hybrid/Nightshift
Job Description:
- Provide phone and email support to clients
- Handle various tasks and assignments assigned by the project, including data categorization, analysis, and coding.
- Conduct quality checks on researched data and information
- Prepare and generate necessary reports
- Promptly respond to client communications and concerns
- Ensure adherence to the company’s information security policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology
- Prior work experience in Technical Support, research, and knowledge in Cyber Security
- SaaS/Cloud Support experience (not just end-user)
- Knowledge of cyber security is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Flexible in terms of work schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php45,00.00 per month
