Job Description
Join us for a one-day hiring process! Earn up to 25k monthly as a Call Center Agent at our Metro sites.
Position Overview: Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist customers with our online ticketing platform.
- Protect sensitive information by following protocols.
