Job Description
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver? We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their technical issues and providing quality solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Diagnose hardware and software issues
- Guide customers through the installation and setup processes
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
- Experience in customer support or IT-related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
