Job Description

We are seeking a disciplined professional to deliver first-level technical support for workstations and applications in a hybrid, full-time role. You will receive and triage incoming requests, clarify user needs, resolve routine issues, document incidents in a ticketing system, coordinate PC configuration and installations, assist with chargeback reporting, and escalate complex problems to specialized teams.

  • Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training or experience; at least one year of related support or customer-service experience.
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with PCs, LANs, mainframe/distributed systems, and telecommunications; ability to analyze information and resolve routine technical issues.
