Be part of our Company here at Mighty Lynx Solutions Inc. We are looking for a TECHNICAL TEAM LEAD that will be assigned at our project sites.

Job Overview:

As the team leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of project technicians who provide support to our main workforce. You will ensure that our technicians are performing their duties efficiently and effectively, and you will work closely with the implementation team to ensure that our operations run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise and manage a team of technical personnel, providing guidance, direction, and support to achieve operational targets.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Tech-Vocational in a relevant field (such as Electronics, project design, or a related field)
• Experience in a technical support role
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• IP Configuration
• Network Cabling and termination end to end
• Fiber installation and termination
• CCTV Configuration
• FDAS Config is an Advantage
