Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end training on technical products and processes (classroom and virtual training)
- Perform training needs analysis and identify training needs
- Provide recommendations and develop a training plan to address existing opportunities
- Handle support issues from customers through web, voice, and chat channels for a brief period
- Address product how-to, configuration, and installation inquiries using information from the support knowledge base
- Ensure the security platform is up-to-date and patch status is in place
- Incorporate case documentation into new hire training and emphasize clear documentation
- Reduce escalations to the Level 2 team
- Channel customer feedback into Product Management and Research & Development
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of training delivery experience (facilitating classes, training needs analysis)
- Experience with network protocols
- Experience with Linux OS – Redhat
- Experience with Wireshark analysis and Windows OS environment
- Experience with Active Directory and cybersecurity
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to Php60,00.00 per month

Experience:
- Technical Training: 2 years (Required)
- Linux: 1 year (Preferred)
- Networking (OSI Model, Protocols, TCP/IP stack): 1 year (Preferred)
