Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles technical training administration and implementation.
- Updates the training database.
- Encodes/emails Training Evaluations/Assessments.
- Evaluates training feedback and revises technical programs as needed.
- Maintains updated records of training curriculums and materials.
- Identifies individual and team skills gaps.
- Provides assistance during the nesting period.
- Understands metrics and their impact on performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From Php17,00.00 per month
