Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft Maintenance or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Technical Instructor, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in Training and Development.
- CAAP License Holder, and have multiple aircraft type ratings.
- Experience in managing teams of facilitators, trainers, instructional designers, content specialists, and quality assurance professionals.
- Strong knowledge of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes, tools, and technologies.
- Proficient in training software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Skilled in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Adept at identifying training needs, conducting research, and proposing creative solutions that translate into actionable plans.
- Strong leadership abilities with a talent for managing change, anticipating needs, and recommending improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in facilitation and presentation.
