Job Description
The job role involves:
- Converting high-level process maps into detailed work instructions (L5), alignment with Process Owners and stakeholders to ensure clarity of the process and obtaining approvals for work instructions.
- Translate process maps (Level 3 and Level 4) designed by Process Transformation and Process Delivery team into a step-by-step (Level 5) document as reference of L2A Operations
- Gather required information and details, e.g screenshot, queue names, etc., needed to complete the work instruction
- Present and align the work instruction with Process Owners
- Seek document approval from Process Owners and stakeholders
- Document the Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM) for L2A processes initiatives
- Work with Process Transformation and Process Delivery team to update and maintain existing process documents
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Understanding of process mapping and documentation.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and documentation software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in process improvement or documentation.

Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php55,00.00 per month
