Job Description
- Provide technical support to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for the systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the systems.
- Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements to the systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Proficiency in Technical Documentation.
- Additional Must-To-Have Skills: None
- Additional Good-To-Have Skills: Program Project Management, Business Requirements Analysis.
- Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have 1 year of experience in Technical Documentation.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- This position is based in Manila.
