Job Description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree related to Architecture or Engineering
• 2 to 4 years of work-related experience as a technical assistant
• Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems
• Working knowledge of email systems, computer hardware, and peripherals
• Ability to read and interpret technical data
• Good time-management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Simple administrative tasks such as filing, writing emails, printing papers, scheduling meetings, taking calls, and producing reports
• Creating project-specific documentation, assembling bids and quotes, preparing presentations, updating files, answering questions, conducting research, and filing receipts and invoices
• Coordinating building elements with architects, engineers, external service providers, or other team members to ensure alignment
• Keeping track of construction planning activities and changes
• Overseeing contract execution, managing changes during construction, and completing final walkthroughs
• Preparing reports on contractor compliance, checking project milestones against work orders, providing regular updates to relevant parties
• Checking contract details, reviewing contractor submittals, and resolving construction issues
• Tracking time spent on tasks, preparing reports, and giving regular updates
