Job Description
Join Gardenia Bakeries (Phils.) Inc. as an Engineering Technician I! In this role, you will troubleshoot equipment malfunctions during operations while driving continuous improvement aligned with our corporate goals.
Your responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining equipment to meet our productivity targets. We are seeking candidates with a Vocational Diploma or Engineering degree (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
This position requires a willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends. Key skills include PLC Programming and troubleshooting hydraulics and pneumatics.
