Job Description
To learn the industry (especially e-bike repair and sales) and understand the products we offer on a technical level. Perform e-bike repair, maintenance, and check following company standards. Analyze, troubleshoot, and perform bicycle maintenance and repair. Assist customers, resolve complaints, and accurately process sales. Be customer service-oriented and presentable. Assist with general retail duties and maintain records. Requirements: Senior High school diploma, communication skills. Knowledge in E-bike repair is an advantage. Full-time position with a salary range of Php12,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month. Benefits include paid training. Working hours: 8-hour shift. Additional pay: 13th month salary, commission, overtime pay.
