Job Description
Qualifications:
- Should have Support and operations Knowledge
- Good communication skills (Verbal and written)
- Should be able to work in a 24*7 Shift schedule.
- Experience on the Linux/Unix / Windows platforms Cisco networking troubleshooting / HP computing/storage support/troubleshooting / Netapp storage support/troubleshooting
- An advantage to have Knowledge of Science Logic or any monitoring tools i.e. (SolarWinds, Zenoss, Zabbix, spectrum, nucool) technologies.
