Job Description
As a Technology Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients regarding software, hardware, and network issues. Your primary tasks include troubleshooting problems, installing and configuring software and hardware, and maintaining computer systems. Additionally, you will assist in training clients on utilizing technology effectively to enhance their work performance.
- Resolve technical issues for clients in a timely manner
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems
- Provide training to clients on technology usage
