Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tekla Detailer/Modeller. As a Tekla Detailer/Modeller, your primary responsibility will be to create and develop accurate 3D models and detailed drawings using Tekla software. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure that designs and specifications are translated effectively into fabrication and construction drawings.
Key responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models and drawings using Tekla software
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all drawings
- Collaborate with project team to resolve design and technical issues
- Review and interpret design drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to incorporate their designs into project documentation
- Perform quality control checks on completed drawings
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural or mechanical design, excellent knowledge of Tekla software, and a meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also crucial to success in this role.
