Job Description
Metacom Business Process Outsourcing Solutions is thrilled to announce an opening for a Telco Account position. We invite passionate individuals to apply who are available to work onsite with a flexible schedule.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in BPO or customer-facing roles such as Starbucks or iStore.
- High School diploma (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate.
- Proficient in communication skills (B2 level).
Salary: Php 20,00 – Php 25,00 per month, including benefits such as paid training, health and life insurance, and opportunities for career advancement.
