Job Description
Sapient Careers MNL is seeking dedicated Telco Support Agents to deliver outstanding customer service. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions for telecommunications-related concerns.
- Effectively troubleshoot technical issues.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and service upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications: A high school diploma, ALS graduation, or some college education is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment are essential.
