Job Description
Stark Asia Solutions, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues related to telecommunications products, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inquiries about products and services, troubleshoot issues, guide customers through configurations, process service requests, and maintain detailed records.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
Schedule: Night shift
