Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Telecollector. As a Telecollector, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have overdue payments and negotiating payment arrangements.
Your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls, discussing payment options with customers, updating account information, and ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in collection or customer service is preferred, but not required
