Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Attend to employees’ mobile service concerns and act as a liaison for Smart mobile service benefits.
- Maintain and update Mobile Solution’s Inventory Masterfile and other necessary data.
- Keep records of inventory materials, initiate actions for restocking, inspect shipments for accuracy, completeness, and resolve any inconsistencies.
- Monitor reports on Employee New Hires and promotions.
- Review the employee’s company mobile service liability by monitoring reports on Separated Employees.
- Develop projects and programs to enhance mobile efficiency usage.
- Manage the company’s postpaid account.
- Coordinate and resolve mobile service concerns with the mobile telecommunication provider.
- Assist in the technical configuration and troubleshooting of mobile devices.
- Perform ad hoc tasks to support departmental needs and functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in the position.
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Proficient in creating reports and using MS Office.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
