Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Telehealth Receptionist at SkinnyRX. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and assist patients with their inquiries and subscriptions.
Skills Required:
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
– Proficient in call center software
– Strong medical background (nursing, medical assisting, or relevant certification) required.
