Job Description

As a Telemarketer, your primary responsibility will be to cold call potential clients and promote client’s services over the call. Engage with prospects, provide information, and persuade them to make a purchase. Maintain accurate records of interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with telemarketing software and CRM systems.
  • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; sales/marketing education is a plus.
