Job Description
A Telemarketer is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take a desired action. As a Telemarketer, you will engage with customers over the phone, answer their inquiries, and provide information about the products or services. You will need excellent communication and persuasive skills, as well as the ability to handle objections and rejections professionally. It is essential to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the company’s database. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with sales targets and meeting daily or weekly call quotas.
To succeed as a Telemarketer, you should have a friendly and outgoing personality. Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is advantageous but not mandatory. Full training will be provided to successful applicants.
