Job Description
Telemarketer Encoder appears to be a position that involves both telemarketing and data entry responsibilities. They are responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, promoting products or services, and simultaneously entering relevant information into databases or computer systems. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate computer systems efficiently.
Job Description:
- Answers Telephone and Email inquiries from prospective clients.
- Assist walk-in customers.
- Encode customer orders.
- Prepare customer Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts, Lazada and Shopee Orders.
- Update Sales Agents and customers regarding the status of deliveries and out-of-stock products.
- Responsible for establishing a good relationship with clients.
- Other Administrative tasks to perform.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a College Undergraduate, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
- Preferably with at least 6 months’ experience in Telemarketing and Logistics or any related field.
- Must be proficient in English, and Tagalog both oral and written.
- Must be knowledgeable in using MS Office/ MS Excel and such.
- PREFERABLY WITH SAP EXPERIENCE.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

- Parañaque City (Preferred)
