Job Description
Gold Marketing & Services is hiring a full-time Telemarketer for an on-site graveyard shift in Davao City. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to introduce services, setting appointments, managing objections, preventing cancellations, and following scripts while maintaining a natural conversational tone. You will also update CRM and call tools and meet daily call, booking, and quality targets.
- Minimum 1 year of telemarketing or sales experience
- Confident, persuasive, goal-oriented, and disciplined with schedules
- Competitive base pay Php17,00–25,00/month plus commission, bonuses, supportive team environment, and opportunities for growth
