Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other channels to schedule appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars for appointments and meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
  • Follow up with clients to reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize appointment scheduling processes.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calendars effectively.
  • Customer service or sales support (b2b) experience preferred.
  • Follow processes and protocols meticulously.
  • Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Appointment setting or lead generation experience is a plus.
  • Onsite work in Angeles City, immediate start required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
