Job Description
Skills Required:
- Must take ownership and provide problem-solving solutions for the team.
- Experience in training staff.
- Able to generate own sales.
- Understanding individual agents’ problems and weaknesses.
Daily Workload:
- Create a customer-focused team for an excellent customer experience.
- Supervise agents to meet standards and sales targets daily.
- Ensure staff adherence to schedules as a floor manager.
- Perform call monitoring, coaching, and feedback.
- Responsible for staff training and development.
- Provide product and process development recommendations based on feedback.
- Conduct team performance appraisal and communicate management information.
- Collaborate with the team to solve customer problems and offer improvement suggestions.
- Make decisions on training requirements and adjust targets accordingly.
Earning Potential: Depending on your skill set, you can earn ₱30,00.00 /Month + Commission.
