Job Description
Job Functions:
- Assisting patients in booking telemedicine consultations with Telemed doctors.
- Coordinating consult schedules and communications between patients and doctors.
- Making daily consult schedules for doctors.
- Assisting in making consultation summary data for accomplishment reports.
- Encoding patient charts given by telemed doctors.
- Assisting communications between doctors and HMO.
- Performing other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- At least 6 months of work experience in a similar role.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Average communication and numerical skills.

- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
