Job Description
FATIMA UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER is actively hiring for TELEPHONE OPERATOR with the following basic function and qualifications:
BASIC FUNCTION:
Works in a call center or office answering incoming calls and directing them to the correct person or department. They may also make outbound calls to customers or clients to provide information or resolve issues. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of calls and providing customer service and support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in relevant field.
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php15,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
