Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual for the position of Telephone Support – Technical Support. As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues over the phone.
Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing step-by-step instructions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to log customer interactions and maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge at all times.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong technical background. You should be able to quickly identify problems and offer solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Experience in a similar support role and a good understanding of computer systems and software will be considered a plus. A friendly and patient demeanor is essential when dealing with customers who may be frustrated or unfamiliar with technology.
