Job Description
A Telesales Acct Mgr II is responsible for managing sales accounts and establishing customer relationships over the phone. The primary objective of this position is to achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling the company’s products or services to potential clients.
Key responsibilities include identifying and contacting leads, understanding customer needs, explaining product features and benefits, negotiating agreements, and closing sales deals.
