Job Description
As a Telesales – Outbound Representative I, you will play a crucial role in generating sales leads and driving revenue growth for our company. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, identifying their needs, and promoting our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and engage them in meaningful conversations
- Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients to understand their needs
- Promote and explain the features and benefits of our products or services
- Collect and record accurate customer information and sales feedback in our database
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales strategies and meet department goals
