Job Description
We are currently looking for a Telesales Representative to join our growing team at ADDMORE Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling and email campaigns targeting clients in the USA.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to support the sales process.
- Research and target potential clients while nurturing relationships with prospects.
- Convert prospects into sales opportunities and analyze data to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Maintain and update the database of leads for future reference while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or English.
- 3-5 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong project and time management skills.
This is a WFH (Work from Home) set-up. Monday to Friday, evening shift.
