Job Description
As a Telesales Representative at Tamaray People Solutions Corp, you will be a valuable member of our sales team, responsible for generating leads and driving sales through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce company products and services.
- Listen actively to customer needs and concerns to provide solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for maximizing sales.
- Address customer concerns and objections efficiently with negotiation skills.
- Close deals successfully and convert leads into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls and interactions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior work experience in collections, customer service, or related field.
- Complete necessary requirements (SS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, TIN).
- Must have a Skype account.
Benefits:
- Commission based on performance income up to Php 12,00.
- Philippines mandatory benefits included.

Pay: Php645.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, day shift, Monday to Friday.
