Job Description
Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with strong leadership and communication skills? We are seeking a Telesales Team Lead to join our growing sales team.
As a Telesales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of telesales representatives, driving sales performance, and achieving sales targets. You will provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to team members to enhance their selling skills and maximize sales opportunities.
In this role, you will also collaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor team performance, and ensure that all sales activities align with the company’s objectives. Additionally, you will analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
The ideal candidate should have previous telesales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successful sales performance. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire team members are also essential.
