Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, organized, and passionate Temporary Accounts Payable Staff responsible for the payable of the company. The ideal candidate will assist the department in their day-to-day accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and book all vendor’s invoices related to Administrative expenses.
- Review all PJVs from Operations, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
- Assist in analyzing Administrative expenses and preparing reports.
- Help with cashflow forecast and bank reconciliation.
- Ensure timely payments of Intercompany Payables.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Open to a temporary position in West Service Road Cupang, Muntinlupa City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay Range: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits:
- Free on-site parking
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday with overtime pay
Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay
