Job Description
As a Tenant Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants in our company. Your main objective will be to ensure tenant satisfaction and resolve any concerns or issues that may arise. You will serve as the main point of contact for tenants and act as a liaison between them and our organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling tenant inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Providing superior customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction
- Managing tenant requests for repairs, maintenance, and other property-related matters
- Coordinating lease renewals and maintaining accurate lease documentation
- Monitoring property conditions and ensuring compliance with lease agreements
