Job Description
Xentro Malls is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tenant Relations Officer. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of business or related fields, preferably with experience in the mall or hotel industry. Fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities include ensuring tenant compliance with lease terms, assisting in construction-related issues, and inspecting tenant areas for adherence to design standards. Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be capable of multitasking, and be willing to work 6 days a week at our designated XentroMall location.
