Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Tenant Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
Your role will include managing tenant inquiries, resolving complaints, and facilitating communication between tenants and property management.
