Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented Coordinator to manage tenant construction and ensure compliance at XentroMall. Candidates should hold a degree in Business or a related field; mall or hotel experience is preferred, and ambitious fresh graduates are welcome.
- Enforce construction and renovation standards; monitor adherence to lease terms and house rules.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering and Leasing teams to expedite temporary and final clearances.
- Conduct regular inspections of tenant areas and prepare timely reports.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Must be willing to work six days per week during mall hours and be on-site at XentroMall.
