Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing new Territorial Distributors in the assigned area.
- Provide list of requirements for Territorial Distributors.
- Schedule meetings with TD applicants to discuss Gardenia Bakeries Phils. Inc. TD Program.
- Submit complete requirements of new TD to immediate superior.
- Provide regular updates on TD applicants and their requirements, including deployment plan and status per area.
- Conduct route rides with TD for operational insights and assistance if needed.
- Work directly with Territorial Distributors and report to immediate superiors.
Qualifications
- College Graduate or at least College level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Experience in handling Territorial Distributors is advantageous.
- Driving skills for 4 wheels and 2 wheels are advantageous.
- Familiar with Territorial Distributor operations.
- Open for fresh graduates.
- Strong and Physically Fit, willing to do fieldwork.
