Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Mindanao. As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Provide product training and support to customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in territory management, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
