Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Territory Manager to join our team in the Plantation division. As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a designated territory, ensuring the successful development and growth of our plantation operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize plantation productivity and profitability.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and local authorities.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Providing guidance and support to the plantation team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections to evaluate plantation conditions and identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in plantation management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the agricultural industry. Additionally, you should possess outstanding communication and negotiation abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
