Job Description
Key Job Objective: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the total sales target of his assigned territory through efficient management of his sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic business plans to develop more clients.
- Manage performance and sales growth of the sales team.
- Forecast sales and revenues for the territory.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes.
- Maximize sales through effective planning.
- Analyze monthly reports on sales, inventory, and competition.
- Maintain good business relationships with clients.
