Job Description
Join NEXTRADE PHILIPPINES INC. as a Territory Sales Supervisor, where you will lead, manage, and coach Retail Salesmen in your designated area to meet business goals. Responsibilities include training Trade Sales Representatives, managing inventory, and analyzing sales data to develop strategies.
Qualifications: College Level or Graduate with 4-5 years of supervisory field sales experience in FMCG. Strong interpersonal and sales skills are a must.
Monthly salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 plus benefits.
