Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for a Test Lead with 7-10 years of experience in QA or software testing, including 2-3 years in a leadership role. Strong skills in test management for multiple or complex projects are required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead software testing activities across projects.
- Develop Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Estimates.
- Expertise in loans origination processes and API integration.
- Monitor testing processes and manage defect triage.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
