Job Description
The Test Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing software test plans, as well as executing tests for multiple projects. This role involves reporting on conducted tests, managing resulting defects, and assisting in replicating and debugging problems for the development team.
Related Work Experience:
– 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Test Management
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong communication skills
– Strong process orientation with strict adherence
– Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Proven stakeholder management experience
