Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients in the sporting and entertainment events industry, focusing on buying and listing event tickets.
- Follow the client’s directives to purchase tickets for various events. Utilize market knowledge to identify profitable buying opportunities.
- Exercise independent judgment in selecting tickets, ensuring choices align with the client’s expectations and market demand.
- Work towards achieving benchmarks in speed, accuracy, sell-through rate, and profitability of acquired tickets.
- Regularly analyze the events market to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and provide timely report.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
- Proven experience in the sporting and entertainment events industry.
- Familiar with proper phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Strong decision-making skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
