Position Overview:
The Ticketing Account Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist customers in navigating the ticketing platform and resolving technical issues.
- Escalate complex issues for further assistance.
- Protect customer information following protocols.
