Job Description
One-day hiring process Earn up to 25k monthly We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents as prior in our Metro sites.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience is required for applicants with less than 2 years of College education.
- Good to Excellent Communications Skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist customers in navigating the online ticketing platform and resolving any technical difficulties.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
- Protect sensitive customer information by following established protocols and guidelines.
